Making cheese in the traditional way

Experience first-hand how we make our cheese and enjoy a traditional Alpine breakfast in an unforgettable setting. With the fresh bread we bake every day, we also serve you Alpine butter, various cheeses, homemade jams and yoghurt, coffee, tea and fresh milk.

After breakfast, we will give you a guided tour of our alpine huts and the cheese aging house as we describe life and work in the Alps – both past and present.
